Kylie Walters is a Senior Investigator at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health. She earned her Ph.D. in Biophysics from Harvard University, where she developed innovative methods to study protein structure, dynamics, and interaction mechanisms. As an American Cancer Society postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Walters began investigating protein degradation mechanisms—a research focus she has continued throughout her career. She launched her independent research program at the University of Minnesota, where she was named an American Cancer Society Research Scholar. Dr. Walters’ research centers on targeted protein degradation, protein quality control, and the application of structural and chemical biology approaches to advance cancer treatment strategies.
