FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registrations are processed using ASN Events custom online software, Currinda. If you have not attended any previously events managed by ASN, you will be required to set-up a profile to register for this event (delegates who have attended other ASN managed events will already exist in the system and will not need to create a new profile).
When complete, your profile will provide you with a dashboard from which you can register for this (and other) event as well as submit abstracts and register to attend ancillary meetings and/or social functions.

A secure site is provided for online payments. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat.
Payment options are:
AMEX - (2.95% surcharge)
Credit card - Visa or Mastercard (1.25% surcharge)
Direct debit - (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your profile at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

ASN Events supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.

At the end of your online registration, you will be given the option to pay securely via credit card, or receive an invoice to make a bank transfer. Credit card payments incur a merchant fee as explained above. You will be sent a receipt upon submitting your registration and payment.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will be sent an invoice upon submitting your registration, and full payment must be made before Tuesday 21st October 2025 (unless registration is made after this date, in which case payment must be received within 7 days of registering).
Cancellations must be made in writing to ASN Events.
Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email rebecca.b@asnevents.net.au
Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AU$100 if made in writing before Tuesday 21 October 2025.
Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. If you have not yet paid for your attendance at the time of cancellation this must be paid in full.In accordance with the above policy, cancellations made:
Before Tuesday 21st October 2025 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
On or after Wednesday 21st October 2025 will not receive a refund, however, delegate substitution is possible.

Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made no later than 35 days before the first date of your hotel booking. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to ASN Events. In some instances, accommodation providers may allow changes or cancellations within the 35 day period and ASN Events will manage this process for you and advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable portion.

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the conference website. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused because of such alteration.

By registering, participants acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the conference their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the conference which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Conference Organisers. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise ASN Events in advance by email.
